To be listed on the GDSCWTC* Breeders List, members must:

1. Be a regular member in good standing with the GDSCWTC and the AKC
2. Agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the GDSCWTC
3. Agree to maintain the Attributes of a Responsible Breeder as set forth in this website
4. Agree to respond to inquiries in a courteous manne
5. Pay the fee approved by the Board

Members whose referrals result in two or more, verifiable complaints will be removed from the Breeders List. (See Breeders Referral List)

Participants will be asked to agree in writing to hold the GDSCWTC harmless from any liability associated with the Breeders List, and to indemnify the GDSCWTC for any costs incurred defending legal action resulting from the participant’s actions.
